Center for Hospitality Arts Management Philippines – School joined the International Tourism & Trade Expo 2007 last September 14-16 at the Mini Trade Hall, 2nd level, Festival Supermall, Alabang.
CHAMP School, a known hospitality management training institution that provides job placement to its students here and abroad, took part in this trade exhibit. Also, CHAMP presented barista and bartending demonstration on the 2nd and 3rd day of the event. Barista demo was carried out by Ms. Vanessa Caceres of Coffee Beanery, Shangri la while bartending demo was executed by Mr. Ramil Quinonez, bartending instructor of CHAMP School with Mr. Ronald Alcuezar of Tanduay, which was CHAMP’s sponsor for the bartending presentation. “We are thankful that ITTE 2007 invited us to be a part in this trade exhibit. This gives us endless possibilities in promoting CHAMP School’s training services throughout the country. It also helps us for continuous development and expansion of our training institute”, says Ms. Marinela Trinidad, CEO of CHAMP Group of Companies. Held simultaneously with Negosyong Pinoy Expo, ITTE 2007 aims to foster inbound, outbound and domestic tourism. It provided an annual opportunity for all tourism sectors in the Philippines and foreign countries to present their products and services.
This event was organized by MediaWorx International, Inc. Some of the event highlights were Best Decorated Booth, Cultural Dance competition, Singing contest, Travel & Tourism Quiz Bee, Free Business Opportunities Seminars, Livelihood Seminars, Free Customer Service Workshop for Front liners, AVP of Exhibitors, Product Demos, and more. This was participated by various airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, beach resorts, spa, hotels, foreign tourist organization, Regional Tourism Offices, Provincial Tourism Councils, NCR Tourism Councils, Real Estate Properties & Developers and other travel products.
