Held at the World Trade Center from Feb. 8-10, the expo provided inputs and pointers, through the seminars and exhibits lined-up for the day, to delegates on how to jumpstart their food business. 

CHAMP got themselves involved in this three day event as it addressed the future chefs in the Junior Chefs Congress, an event that coincides with Food Biz Expo. This was held at the Jr. Chefs Congress Stage with a registration fee of Php350 inclusive to Congress Seminar Series and Culinary Competition. CHAMP's Assistant School Director, Ronald Dexter Antiporda discussed Banquet Event Order in the Perspective of Banquet Operations on the last day of the said event.
